I hope you know how lucky you are, living in such an ideal location where you have an unlimited source to produce alcohol - wow!! I wish you great success!! I don't have all the knowledge yet to produce alcohol. My goal is to assemble a team of people together - biologists, agriculturalists, science engineers, etc... and produce ethanol from cattails.
I live in Winnipeg, MB, Canada. No seaweed here, but lots of opportunity to harvest cattails.
Cheers!
Marc

I can understand the Cattail (English Bullrush) opportunity for your location, I was on the Canadian from Vancouver to Toronto last year and the number of Lakes/Ponds in your area was quite impressive, the fishing must be brilliant.
Like yourself I am starting out and have recently purchased the copper gear to build the Charles 803 still and am hoping that I can eventually produce using all parts of the plant for both brewing liquor and heating medium for a rocket stove.
