Hi All,

I live in the Mid-Hudson Valley region of NYS.  In Ulster County to be exact.   I'd like to get started with building a still.  I think I've got enough info to start making my mash.

There's a lot of info on stills out there.  Can someone recommend a starter?

What are some does and don'ts about distilling.

I should be getting my copy of Blume's book in the next week or so, but I don't want to wait for the book to get started.
