ALCOHOLICS UNANIMOUS

Does anyone have any clues on where to start with
this (I'm sure) very huge bureaucratic process?

I've called a few government offices, and have been lead from calling
Natural Resources and getting an email reply saying that they know of no
permits to do this.. but was directed to call Industry Canada, I haven't received
anything yet.

Hi Bruce :

I have been informed by The Enviornmental Assement Board of NL. that I must make my submission to them so try your provincial Government . If you make any head way please let me know .

Pauline & Bruce;

I just posted an info blurb on LCBO group. The short version is that the regulation of ethanol is a provincial matter, just as Pauline says.
