We now have our still built and have been working on getting our feedstock lined up. We are going to be working with sorghum farmers in my area and working out a plan for buying the juice. Anyone interested needs to write to me as soon as possible. We are doing this thing for real.

I have made great progress in the last few months. I have bought still plans and now have my license with the ATF. We are now looking for a supplier that can get me a 5 foot section of 3" copper.
I am going to an economic development meeting in Cookeville Tn on April 1 and 2 that is devoted to biofuels. I have a commitment with the city that they will give me all the grass clippings that they collect and I am going to attempt to make ethanol out of it. I am hoping to be making over 100 gallons a week before the end of this year. That may be a little ambitious, but if you shoot for the moon and miss at least you end up in the stars!

Hey everyone! I'm just getting into this and wanting to build a still (gotta get that permit) to provide fuel for my project car. Once I get the basics down by experimenting there, who knows?!?!

Hello to all. I just finished the book. WOW I am fired up!!! I am working towards putting together a small still to start. I am trying to organize a co-op here. I am just getting started. I have been doing a lot of reading online. I am looking to find feedstock using waste bread or candy to start with.
