We are proactive into the Alcoholics Unanimous main mission of creating a permaculture society just as we knew we should of had in place by now. Remember Be Here Now, and Getting Back to Godhead. I do. My family, kids included are all trying to accept the damage that was done by just a couple of generations. Then to rekindle the understanding that we are only here for a short time and there is no pride or validity to leaving a great big footprint behind when you do leave, with it squashing down on all the people that could never believe people could be that cold, calculating, and contrive. I suggest You dig around a bit in this link. We are looking at a still for small groups that can supply about 18 to 25 people. It has a planned 200 gallon still vessel. You will need probably 1500 to 2500 gallon still for a group as large as you describe.
You have to find out if members are going to partake in running the still or if you are going to hire people to run it.
