We would love to have you visit our farm anytime. We are usually home on Saturdays. Please give us a call anytime at 705 887 3974. We would love to show you around and talk about our plans for ethanol.

Thank-you for the invitation to the group! I don't have a home computer at this time I live in VERY remote area thus I have to use the public library so I will not be able to share as much as I would like. However we will be moving onto our land in town this spring and then I'll be 'plugged in' LOL.
I am a believer in the Peak Oil moment, and thus my goals are aimed at helping developed a small scale local system, and begin helping my local town of about 1300 families to begin transforming. At this time I feel the first step is enducation which can help draw out like minded people whom can work together. Thus we are planning to start showing various videos at the local college. This summer will be very interesting!
I've joined the group. I've yet to purchase David's book or DVD but will soon.
It seems the alcohol thing is a perfect way to help save money and clean up the environment. I'm planning to launch my own members site for all alternative options on the market today, reviewing each and building like minded communities.
I'm in Halifax, Nova Scotia and have a friend/business partner who design's and works on all types of renewable energy options. We'll probably start making alcohol soon.
Have you started to make anything or used any yet?
I'm a total newbie to the process and usually let friends/partners do the technical stuff and I handle the marketing side. But this one I'd like to learn the tech side.
Let me know and I look forward to speaking with you. It'd be a good idea to get a conference call together sometime with out group soon. I can supply the conference line.
Hi Chris :
I only wish that David had produced this book when I lived in Ontario , as I had a 70 acre property and it was great for this type of venture . I now live in NL on a city size lot what a turn around . Has anyone had any luck getting through Gov. B....S.... , because I could always move back to Ontario for a good business opportunity . I am trying to start the revolution in NL.
This sounds really interesting...just what I've been looking for.

What do you have to say about Dave's book "Alcohol Can Be A Gas"?
Finally, the book & DVD arrived last week and I have been studying them at every opportunity. I am very impressed with the amount of information contained in both. I especially appreciate the ideas for what I can do to reduce my "footprint" on the earth.
About Me:
I am a city dweller (like 90% of all Canadians) looking for ways to live better. I take transit and bicycle as much as possible but, I need wheels from time to time, so if I can drive cleaner or even cleanly that would be a start. Maybe I can then help my neighbours to do the same.
