Sorry to hear of your problems with the restaurants and being able to retrieve spent oil. Thou I did have my feelings since I first heard of the concept and figured it was only a matter of time. I was thinking more on the lines of them not being able to give up under contractual agreements with waste pick up. Didn't even think of the fact that the economy/gas prices have them closing up. Very eye opening and even more reason to try to cut out or narrow the supply chain. Which is one of my hesitations with backing natural gas as a replacement. In my opinion it will most likely be some or all of the above, per say.
Sounds like you've got a pretty good handle on where your going with this. Love to talk more about what you doing and glad to share what we are. Are you having any luck finding Citrus people to work with? Good luck with your endeavorers!!! What part of Fl are you in?
Are you having problems scoring used oil? I worked on a waste management show where they where speaking of buying restaurant oil to convert for their fleets along with the methane plans their building on their land fills. Just wondering.
