We absolutely welcome videos -- one of the greatest ways to learn is to see something in operation. The U.S. site is known world-wide, since we operate many sites in Europe, Asia and Africa.

Super video -- you've linked it http://transitionus.ning.com -- right? If not, please do. I enjoyed it a lot and I'm sure many others will also.

Hi Randy, FYI Jen Thomas -- http://acbagnetwork.ning.com/profile/JenThomas?xg_source=profiles_memberList -- is a spammer and fraud. I've turned on the requirement for newcomers to be granted permission to join on all my sites.

Hi Randy: I would be happy to do what I can to start a bright neighbor system in Bellingham or maybe my own church or school district. It sounds wonderful and sure beets advertising in EchoAds, CraigsList or at the Community Food Co-op. It's rare to get satisfaction from the nuts & flakes that tend to fall out through these.

Hi Randy. FYI. We've determined that Suzzane Donald is a spam and have banned her from our Transition sites. I notice she's still active on your site.

Hey Randy some how I ended up with two profiles. Please feel free to delete the one without the theme changes. I signed up logged out and when I tried to sign back in it asked for info again. I put it in and it created another profile instead of signing me into the one I had? Great job on creating this page.

My friend is doing a documentary film on grassroots alternative fuel sources. She is trying to educate people through her video by showing the nation what people are doing everyday all across the country to create their own fuel sources. Her website is:

www.jessicaandolivia.com

She has run into a slight complication in that she has found NO ONE who is willing to be in the documentary who makes their own alcohol for fuel. I have been on various different forums trying to get people all across the country who are doing this to be in the film. She is looking for people who make their own fuel and use their own fuel. She will drive to you to do the filming and interviewing. If you are serious about getting people educated then please help me find someone who is willing and able to be in this documentary.

Thank you for your help

Thanks for the welcome Randy. I am very excited about getting the book. I just moved to a new rental home in Fayetteville, Arkansas. It is right in town. Actually it use to be out in the country and the town grew around it. I am on about 3.5 acres. I just found out last month that my property is zoned as a farm..... Plus it has a large out-building. Like I said I can't wait to receive the book. Hope to chat soon.

What do you have to say about Dave's book "Alcohol Can Be A Gas"?
In Portland, we are presently creating new markets and business opportunities using Dave's book. We are using my community software system called Bright Neighbor to solidify the social glue and get things running.

We are growing a community that is working together self-organize, share
resources and knowledge, and team up to do everything in Dave's book. Right now we have businesses starting up to build alcohol stills, to support the logistics side of Dave's plan, and neighbors and friends are going in together so we can implement the whole deal:

- The stills
- Bulk engine-kit conversions for the community's fleet of vehicles
- Work skills, project, capital, and people matching
- Participation from all three pillars of society: government, business,
and the community

We do need bankers to give loans to entrepreneurs that are willing to take
the risk as newby farmer upstarts to go ahead and find land and cultivate
it wisely.

There are ecological thinking business teachers using Bright Neighbor to teach classes of new business people. America's new wealth is being created in community alcohol fuel production
About Me:
I am a happy human that loves technology and the pursuit of positive change for the planet. While there are billions of us on this planet, I believe everyone could make positive change if they simply tried.

We have been handed the knowledge to make change, now it is up to us to make it happen. I am working on a project and we have already brewed our own fuel, we are converting our vehicles to run 100% alcohol, and I have started multiple new businesses thanks to David Blume.
I am located in:
Portland
