If you ever find youself near Ellensburg I can show you what I have so far.
I have one still thats registered that I run occationally (a simple little offset head type) but it suffers from lower than acceptable proof. My second still, a C803, is nearly complete with the exception of the temperature valve. It should be functional manually in a couple of weeks. I also malt, dry, mill, and ferment my own grains (currently only in 50lb lots) if your interested in that side of things.
